The Progressive Martial Arts core syllabus is Shinpo Bujitsu it consist of nine levels. The aim is that as you complete each level you are physically and mentally ready to take on the next.
The next question that people often ask is "How long will it be before I'm Bruce Lee?"The answer to this lies with the individual. The top Martial Artists in the world train every hour God sends wether it be physical or mental training to push themselves to even greater goals.
What I try to teach new members who come through the door is not to aim too high too soon. Set realistic goals, aim to be as good as the next level and not the people who are at the top.

The classes are split into "A" Weeks and "B" Weeks. "A" weeks we work lines and teqnique. "B" weeks we work condtioning and partner work.
